Hong Kong Break

Hong Kong has very hot summers! This is what we experienced when me, my mom, aunt and uncle went to Hong Kong last July for a little break courtesy of some friends and relatives. Nevertheless the wonderful sights and sounds of HK did a great job of distracting us from the heat. It was a time of reunion for friends and relatives whom we haven't seen in a long time. It was also an opportunity to rekindle relationships and meet new people, to fellowship with brothers and sisters (mostly sisters) in the Lord, share stories, laugh, eat and pray for each other. We also got to see the prayer warriors who prayed with us and for us through my father's illness and death. It was a blessing for us to see them and thank them personally. The two weeks we stayed there seemed very short. We thank God for this wonderful opportunity!
